System Description: The security departments usually take rounds of the premise they are protecting. They are suppose to visit various points at specific times. Normally these visits are monitored by keeping a register at these points, which the security guard will sign. Features: In this system you can make provision to generate tour plan for various locations and time at which they should visit. The system generates a daily worksheet of these tour plans. You can print a Crypted barcode with the location details and hang them at the points the security departments are suppose to make visits. The security guards carry a Data Logger with them and using the same they scan these barcodes. The data logger has a real-time clock which time stamps the barcode and the time when the barcode was scanned. This data logger can be connected to a PC and this data can be downloaded on the security server. The data snuffer logic of the system tallies the expected time for a tour with actual tour timings and generates an alert incase visit does not takes place at a particular time. |
