System Description:

Normally every department creates the Material Gate Pass and a copy of the same is handed over to the security
department. It is security department's responsibility to make sure that the same material is going out and also to handle
these passes.

ESM provides a system by which you can enter the details about every material going out of the system in the computer.
Every user through Intranet can either create the gate pass and the security department can check the same or the gate
pass can be created manually (if the audit demands the same) and can be fed to the computer.

While returning the gate pass the system allows you to monitor the material in a controlled manner.
