		Every organization deals with many relationships. These relationships can be categorized as Vendors, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors etc. To get effective control over the Security system, it is necessary that the security department create an exhaustive database of relationships of the organization. Security department should first collect the data from the EDP department and then after physical examination of these relationships create a database with all the details including the names of the important persons in that organization etc. The appointment system works through Intranet and hence every user within the organization can access this program. The system allows you to restrict only certain employees to create appointments. In case the appointment is for an approved vendor, the security can create a gate pass for him but if he is not an approved vendor an alert is generated at the control console. Appointment system also allows the employee to divert the visitor to a new employee. Divert operation gives the facility to control the movement of visitor in the organization. Salient Features: Facility to create appointment for Visitors. In case the visitor is not approved by the security then an alert is generated   at the control console. Appointment can be created only for a set period of time. Security has a right to approve or reject an appointment. Gate pass can be made only before stipulated time of the appointment.
