		Description of the System: Gate Pass creation system allows you to print a Gate Pass for the visitor. You can create a gate pass either from a prior appointment or you can also create a new gate pass. (Depending upon how the workflow is set.) While creating the gate pass, all the missing data from the master database is asked for entry. So if an employee enters inadequate information about a visitor, the security person can complete the same when he meets the visitor.
		No Types of Alert Description 1 Un-approved Vendor In case an appointment is created for a visitor who is not from the approved vendor list then an alert is generated at the security gate. Security can either call the employee and get more details about this visit or can even reject such a visit. 2 Excess Travel Time (IN) ESM gives a facility to specify the travel time from the security gate to various control points in the organization. The data snuffer logic generates an alert at the security gate in case a person takes more time to reach the control point in that department. 3 Excess Travel Time (Out) In a similar manner in case the visitor takes excess time to travel from the department to the security gate an alert of this type is generated. 4 Keys Not returned The key management system allows you distribution of keys. If a particular key is not returned during a stipulated time an alert of this type is generated.
		Escalation levels: ESM maintains an escalation level for every security alert generated. The security persons can know the severity of the problem based on the escalation level.
		Security Alert levels: You can set ESM in different levels of Security Alerts. The alert can be set as Low, Medium, High and Manual. At what level the security persons can resolve the security alerts will depend upon the set security levels.
		Data Analysis: ESM has a comprehensive features for data ware housing and data mining. The data collected during the operation of the system can be analyzed on various parameters.

		Statistical Analysis: ESM gives you the facility to analyze the data statistically. This helps you organizing & planning the staff requirements etc.
