There are two types of login available.

Admin Login allows to setup the common subject list , global users etc. It would also allow to define the various locations
from where the Libraries would operate. Medias can be setup for these locations and the users who would be running
these softwares and what rights they have. When a particular user logs in from any library, he would get access only to
those fields, he is authorized to access.

For the WEBOPAC users the whole database will be accessible irrespective of the physical location.
