ESM Office is an appointment based system. Every employee in the organization can create send details about the
expected visitor by sending an email to the reception machine. The reception machine can receive all these appointments
and show the same on the screen. Whenever a visitor arrives at the reception, one can click on the specific appointment
and all the details about the appointment are populated as the visitors details. A badge can be created and printed
immediately.
