Gate Pass Creation Terminal

The gate pass creation terminal allows creating the pass for the visitor. One can choose the name of the visitor, organization of the visitor and other relevant details like the Host, Vehicle details etc.

On can mention some special instructions about safety or about limited liability etc. A Color band can be printed on the badge indicating the type of the visitor.

One can take the photograph of a person and can print the same on the badge.

Badging terminal also displays the photograph of visitors; the same terminal can also be used for signing out visitor and also to know who is within the premise.

Time Stamp Terminals

For creating a staging operation in the enterprise one can use this option. By this option it is possible for to decide about the flow of visitors through a specific path. So after he visits the reception it is possible to control the time taken for reaching the next location.

In case the time taken for reaching a specific location is exceeded then an alert can be generated at the Supervisor Desk.

Check Out Terminal

Check Out terminal is used for recording a person leaving the organization. This terminal is placed at the exit of the organization and by scanning the barcode one can record the exit of the person.

Host Terminal

Every host can access Lobbytech Advance from his / her desk. Here they can create the appointments for the guests they are expecting and can also view the calendar, which will indicate the holidays.
